Production Time:

Our mugs are designed by our creative team, and then printed on-demand. Production typically takes approximately 1-2 days to complete. After production, your order will be shipped out to you. Please note that the actual shipping time may vary depending on your location.

• Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days from the date of production. This is an approximate estimate and may vary depending on your location and other factors.

 

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. This will allow you to track the status and delivery of your order.

Returns

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color is ordered, or if it is decided that the product is no longer wanted.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 25 days of product delivery by e-mailing us at contact@lmfaomugs.com. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement or a refund for the affected item.
